Preparation before installation: After the installation of hangers, edge keels, cladding keels, load-bearing keels, cross bracing keels, wall keels, etc., it is necessary to ensure the dryness and cleanliness of the keels. After completion, remove any excess screws or other miscellaneous items.
Processing measurement space: Measure the size of the space and cut the soundproof panels as needed according to the size and structure of the room, with the aim of reducing the joints between the panels. The cutting method can be either knife cutting or sawing. After cutting is completed, it is necessary to process the edges and ends to make them smooth. Installing soundproof panels: The longer side should be perpendicular to the secondary keel, while the shorter side needs to be installed with staggered seams.
After installation, fill the gaps with sealant and squeeze them appropriately to ensure that the gaps between boards and walls are tight. After sealing, it is necessary to pay attention to fixing. For wooden keels, horn head coarse thread screws are generally used, while for metal keels, horn head fine thread screws are usually used.
