How To Deal With Oil Stains On Wood Plastic Partition Walls

Wood plastic partition walls are widely used in home decoration, but once their surface is stained with oil, it will affect the overall appearance. Here are several methods for treating oil stains on wood plastic partition walls:

1. Use flour to absorb oil
Flour has good oil absorption properties. You can sprinkle an appropriate amount of flour on oil stains to fully absorb the oil. Afterwards, wipe the flour with a cleaning tool to make the oil stains disappear. This is a simple and effective method.

2. Use detergent solution in water
Cover the oil stains on the wall with toilet paper or tissue, spray a detergent solution on top and let it sit for a period of time. The oil stains on the wall will float up. Then tear off the toilet paper and wipe it several times with a clean cloth dipped in water to remove the oil stains.

3. Use sandpaper to polish
When the material of the wood plastic partition wall is latex paint, you can use sandpaper to gently polish the parts of the wall with oil stains, scrape off a thin layer of the wall, and then wipe it with an eraser to completely remove the oil stains.

4. Try cleaning with toothpaste
Toothpaste has a strong cleaning effect. You can squeeze toothpaste onto a used toothbrush, brush it along the floor, and then wipe it with a damp cloth to effectively remove oil stains on it.

5. Use mineral spirits
Mineral oil essence is a solvent that can remove oil stains that penetrate into wood. Apply mineral oil essence onto the oil stain, and then use a cloth corner to vigorously rub in circles on the oil stain. If the oil stain is relatively mild, this method should be able to wipe it off. Caution should be exercised when using to avoid skin contact.

6. Regularly maintain cleanliness
To prevent the accumulation of oil stains, attention should be paid to keeping the plastic cover clean. If the plastic cover has been corroded or soaked by oil stains, a new plastic cover may need to be replaced.

The above methods can help you effectively remove oil stains on wood plastic partition walls and maintain a clean and beautiful home environment.
